Commercial Standard

Light plus mopping, break room, rooms, and consumables

Standard is the default commercial visit. It includes everything in Light, then mops hard floors, cleans the break room, covers individual offices and rooms per the site's room count, dusts common areas, and restocks consumables to par. Detailed adds grout scrubbing, a sanitization pass, high dusting, and glass.

What's included

Every item below is part of the standard scope. Cleaners follow this exact list, in order, for every visit.

Light scope

Sweep/vacuum all floors
Empty all trash and recycling; replace liners
Service restrooms — toilets, sinks, mirrors, restock supplies
Spot-clean entry glass
Wipe down high-touch surfaces (door handles, light switches, push bars)

Standard scope — includes Light, plus

Mop all hard floors
Clean breakroom/kitchen area — counters, tables, appliance exteriors, sink
Clean individual offices/rooms per the site's room count
Dust reachable surfaces in common areas
Restock all consumables to par level

Universal rules — every facility type, every visit

Follow the access/security procedure recorded at walkthrough — badge, alarm, loading dock protocol
Respect the confirmed service window — don't begin before or run past without notifying the office
Report any condition beyond scope immediately (mold, pest, biohazard, structural hazard) — stop and report, don't attempt
Before/after photos required, organized by zone/area for larger sites
Crew Lead (if crew of 2+) confirms zone-by-zone completion before the crew leaves

Not included — upgrade to Detailed for:

—Scrub restroom tile and grout
—High-touch surface sanitization pass beyond daily wipe-down
—Dust vents, light fixtures, and high surfaces
—Interior glass and partition cleaning
—Baseboard detail cleaning
—Deep floor care appropriate to floor type (per walkthrough findings)
